Mariner 103 was completely gutted and renovated from top to bottom in 2021-2022 by a trained interior designer with global hospitality experience for five star resorts and spas in North America, Asia, Indonesia and Europe locations. Mariner 103 offers a spacious and stylish beachfront retreat nestled on Perdido Key Drive in Pensacola, Florida. This bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. Inside, modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and dryer ensure convenience throughout your stay. Renovations include:
Kitchen - all new cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances (refrigerator is not new but works great still), under cabinet lighting. Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking needs, plates, glasses, wine glasses, entertaining supplies and more. Drip coffee and K-cup coffee makers, as well as tea pot. Plenty of small appliances and room to move about. Basic spices are available to alleviate purchasing those at the store. The kitchen is open into the living area, and also features custom, modern, brass lighting from a fabricator in Colorado.
Living Spaces - fresh white paint, new tile floors, drywall ceiling with recessed lights, and colorful, coastal decor including all new furniture accented with art. There is a delightful flow from the living space outside onto the patio and grass courtyard. We offer privacy with a view of the dunes and gulf, but we are steps from the pool and boardwalk for quick access to amenities.
Guest bathroom includes all new tile walls, custom vanity, tub/shower combo, modern lighting, quartz countertops and ample storage.
Master bathroom includes large walk-in shower with marble tile, bench, handheld option, two vanities, plenty of storage and, walk in closet.
Mariner 103 is truly a special place in the Mariner community, as no step was left untouched during a complete renovation. Efforts were taken to create a special oasis at the property, including a coastal feel, a gourmet kitchen, comfortable areas to eat and socialize with family and friends and comfortable beds to sleep and recharge. The bathrooms are also completely remodeled with an eye towards maximizing space and storage. A washer/dryer is available so guests go home with clean clothes, and our location is prime for the community - located on the ground floor so there is easy access to the pool, beach and courtyard. Entertaining is a breeze, with a large table to encourage gatherings, and the social setting can extend onto the patio and grassy courtyard. There are no steps to climb with groceries, and parking is available steps away from the unit.
