The first on the island, the Mariner was built in 1974 to be a retreat from a busy world. Over fifty years later, The Mariner remains an iconic place on the Emerald Coast. In 2025-2026, The Mariner underwent a complete renovation to bring the crown jewel of Perdido Key back to its original beauty. New photographs will appear on this site shortly.
The Mariner is a family oriented condominium with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Each unit has a private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. We have a beautiful, gated beachside pool, tennis courts, a boat dock, boat ramp, and fishing pier on the riverside.
The Mariner is situated on a wide, uncrowded stretch of sugar white sandy beach where spectacular sunsets are enjoyed by owners and guests alike.
