UPDATE REGARDING 2026 RENTALS!

We are currently accepting reservations to arrive Saturday, May 23, 2026. The final day of available reservations is Saturday, September 12, 2026. The current plan is to open the remainder of the year in March 2026. If you would like to be emailed when we will accept new reservations for September – December, please email us. A few notes for this year:

RENOVATION: The Mariner has been undergoing a full and complete renovation since January 1, 2025. We expect renovations to be complete, including to our parking lot and landscaping, in April 2026. We plan even more changes this coming off-season including to our elevators. Please understand that when you arrive, there could be a hiccup here or there, as we navigate through the re-opening of the original vacation community on The Key. We believe you will love the changes we have made!

MINIMUM STAY: Minimum stay remains 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, during our peak summer season.

RATES: Our units are divided into tiers this year depending on the number of bedrooms. This year we have gold and silver tiers. Next year, we plan to further divide our units into three tiers – gold, silver and bronze. Gold units have more features and are rated higher than our silver units, placing a slight premium on the unit. All of our units come with our wonderful amenities.

DEPOSITS, ETC: We charge a 25% deposit, as there are many others trying to book our community. This amount is nonrefundable as your reservation prevents another from booking the unit. We encourage you to obtain travel insurance. At 30 days before your reservation, we will charge your card on file for the remainder owed. If you book within 30 days, we charge the entire amount. Refunds within 30 days are allowed only if there is a mandatory evacuation order.

NOTICE: Rules, Policies, and Agreement Changes. The Owner/Property Manager reserves the right to amend, revise, or update the Rental Agreement, house rules, policies, and procedures at any time to ensure safety, compliance, or proper operation of the Property. Guests agree to comply with the most current version of all rules and policies in effect during their stay. Continued occupancy of the property constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

The First on the Island, The Mariner Condominiums is a beach front condominium community located on Perdido Key, Florida. Perdido Key is a barrier island located in extreme northwest Florida and southeast Alabama area. The Florida district of the Gulf Islands National Seashore is located at the east end of the island. No more than a few hundred yards wide in most places, Perdido Key stretches some 16 miles from Perdido Pass Bridge near Orange Beach, Alabama, to just across from Santa Rosa Island near Pensacola, Florida.
