Unit 103 is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, ground floor unit with views of the courtyard, pool and beach.  
 
The unit was completely remodeled in 2021 including a light color scheme, tile throughout and all new appliances and furnishings.  The unit contains a large master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath with double vanity, walk in closet, and large shower with a bench and handle spray. The master bedroom view includes the large grass courtyard, pool and ocean.  
 
The second bedroom contains one queen bed and a plenty of storage for clothes and gear.  The third bedroom contains two twin beds.  The second bathroom, like the master bath, is completely new, featuring a shower/tub combo.  
 
The unit has a completely stocked kitchen with everything you will need, including basic spices.  The range includes a fast boiling element and an oven that doubles as an air fryer.  Both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig machine are available.  
 
The unit's living space includes a spacious seating area, a table that can accommodate 7 guests and a large screen smart TV.  Railings are provided in the entry hall for hanging towels and clothes for overnight drying.  A washer/dryer is available for rental use inside of the unit, located in the master bathroom.
