A well-maintained 2nd story 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit with easy access by stairs or elevator, facing the Gulf of Mexico and overlooking the swimming pool.
 
Parking is ample in front and to the east side of the condo making it easy to come and go.
 
Sleeping six is quite possible as the master bedrrom contains a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has one queen and one double sized bed; and there is a queen fold out sofa bed in the living room.  A Pack-and-Play is also available there for children.
 
This condo has a well-equipped kitchen and is one of the few units with a washer and dryer.

For evenings and rainy days there are 3 smart TVs as well as many books, games and puzzles.
 
There are beach chairs and a beach cart for guest use while enjoying the beautiful beach.
