Step in to Palm Tree Paradise, and leave your troubles behind. Our two bedroom, two bath condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Unit 312 includes a master bedroom with a king sized Sleep Number bed, smart tv/cable, and private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and cable tv. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a window above the sink which overlooks the many boats on beautiful Old River. You might even catch the vibrant colors of a summer sunset looking out that window. The living room includes streaming/cable tv, blue ray player, a sleeper sofa, a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, as well as a panoramic ocean view. Little extras are included such as an electric grill, tower fans, beach chairs for the sunny days, as well as dvds and board games to carry you through the occasional rain shower.
 
We believe The Mariner is unique, complete with direct beach access through a beautifully landscaped grass courtyard with palm trees, and distinctive pool area. The Mariner has 400 feet of private beach, which is much more than many other complexes in the area. The Mariner is very family-friendly, and includes a beach boardwalk with seating, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a basketball goal, and a boat dock and launch. Recently updated laundry facilities are located on even numbered floors for your convenience.
 
Nearby you will find delicious seafood restaurants, or you can catch it fresh and cook it yourself. Grocery stores and souvenir shops are also close by. You can also enjoy dolphin tours, parasailing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, fishing from the beach or deep sea, the outlet mall in Foley, AL, and maybe even a Blue Angels practice session.
